Bruce Copeland Waldron, 64, of Charles Town, passed away on Saturday, November 12, 2022, at Ruby Memorial Hospital.
Born on July 22, 1958, in Ranson, he was the son of the late Harvey and Ludelle Waldron.
Bruce worked as a carpenter throughout his life, finding joy in outdoor activities and frequent trips to the racetrack with his brother Billy.
He deeply valued time spent with his family, especially relishing moments with his grandchildren, who were the light of his life.
He is survived by his wife, Tina Day Waldron; daughter, Tonya Grove, and husband Nathan of Gerrardstown; sisters, Roxanne Carter of Charles Town and JoAnn Mummert of Georgia; brothers, Steve, Billy, and Eric Waldron, all of Charles Town, and David Waldron of South Carolina; grandchildren, Damion and Autumn Riley, Isaiah Killian, Paul Grove, Kyra, Trinity, Ernest, and Janic Waldron.
Bruce was preceded in death by his companion of 36 years, Lucy Hardy; brother, Brian Waldron; daughter, Paula Killian; son, Bruce Waldron, Jr.; and grandchild, Shane Killian.
Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, November 17, 2022, at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home, with the Reverend Christopher Carter officiating. Interment will be at Mount Hope Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
